Questions
What does Thimble need to connect to my apps?
An App Store Connect API key for your Apple apps, and a Google Play service account for your Android apps. Keys are stored in your device’s Keychain and are only ever sent to Apple and Google.
What’s free, and what needs Thimble Pro?
Releasing your apps and notifications are free. Thimble Pro unlocks monetization, analytics, TestFlight and Google Play testing, reviews and the rest, with a 7-day free trial.
I subscribed on the website. How do I unlock Pro in the app?
Open the link in the email with your receipt on the device where Thimble is installed, and Pro unlocks straight away. Each device you use gets its own link, and if one has expired a new one is sent to you automatically.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Use the manage subscription link in any of your receipt emails, where you can switch plan, update your card or cancel. If you subscribed through Apple, manage it from your Apple account’s subscriptions instead.
